For bands, duos, solo acts and DJs
Get on the menu.
BandMenu is where venues and hosts shop live music by the menu: set lengths, prices and add-ons. List your act for free, set your own prices, and get booking requests in your inbox.
How it works
1. Build your menu
Your sets, how long each runs, and what each costs. Add extras like an extra hour or a DJ add-on. You set every price and can change it any time.
2. We take a look
Every act is reviewed once before it goes live. If something needs a change, we tell you exactly what.
3. Get found
Hosts and venues browse by genre, town and price. Your page has your photo, your music and your menu, and it's yours to share.
4. Get requests
Booking requests land in your BandMenu inbox, and we email you when one arrives. You answer; you decide what to take.
Have this ready
- A photo you took or have permission to use (a good live shot beats a logo).
- A YouTube video or a Spotify link, so hosts can hear you before they ask. Even a phone clip works.
- A short bio: who you are, what you play, where you've played.
- Your sets and prices. Start with two or three; you can add more.
- A private contact (name, email, phone if you like) so we can pass you requests. Only you and BandMenu staff ever see it.
It takes about twenty minutes, and you can save and come back.
Two ground rules
- Keep contact details off your page. No phone numbers, emails, web addresses or @handles in your bio or menu. Booking requests reach you through BandMenu.
- Links are for music and video. YouTube and Spotify only, played right on your page. No websites, Facebook or Instagram links.
That’s what keeps every booking that starts here protected, and what keeps listing free for acts.
Questions
- Do I need a website?
- No. Your BandMenu page is your page. You don't need any other site to be found.
- Can solo acts and DJs list?
- Yes. Bands, duos, solo acts and DJs are all welcome; DJs get their own filter.
- Who sees my phone and email?
- Nobody on the public site. They stay private to you and BandMenu staff, and booking requests are passed to you through BandMenu.
- Can I put my website or Facebook on my page?
- No. Links are for music and video people can play on the page (YouTube and Spotify). Keeping contact details off the page is how bookings stay protected for everyone, and why listing is free.
- What does it cost?
- Listing is free. When a host books a private event through BandMenu, the host pays a small service fee on top of your price. You keep your full price.
